About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients HR team. This pivotal role is responsible for supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth contract management, efficient pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires.
Working closely with the Director of HR and Talent team, you will play a key part in talent management initiatives and help deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate and manage pre-employment checks, reference collection, and contract documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records in line with data protection requirements.
- Collaborate with Recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure effective workforce planning and timely recruitment delivery.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for all recruitment campaigns and related HR initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and candidate experience.
- Assist in reporting, metrics, and analysis of recruitment activity to support strategic decision-making.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a HR Department.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Previous experience in the Health Sector or Public Sector.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of administrative activity efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Flexible, proactive, and innovative approach to work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
