Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business by calling leads, generating leads and visiting clients
  • Organise and attend events to generate new clients and promote the companies services
  • Be responsible for the sales cycle, and with some marketing and customer acquisition input and support
  • Understand the role sales development play in the lead generation context
  • You are highly data driven, analytical and structured
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures
  • You have evidence of over achievement, with strong drive and enthusiasm
  • Appetite to move forward quickly in an organization that’s is scaling fast
  • Identify and create new referral partners to generate new clients.
  • Be accountable for own customer base and follow up on all queries and commitments.
  • Ensure database is updated following each meeting or business transactions with clients.
  • To ensure all own work is completed in a timely and effective manner
