We take a detailed briefing from our clients on their requirements, ideally in a face to face meeting, to ensure we have a full understanding of their needs.
This includes covering technical requirements as well as the cultural fit of the organisation.
This is an extremely important part of the process as it dictates who we will short-list. Following this briefing, we fully map the market to ensure every angle is covered to identify suitable candidates.
Each and every potentially suitable candidate is telephone screened in the first instance. Once their suitability is determined they are met in person and interviewed in detail, this interview lasts for approximately one hour.
If they are suitable for the role a profile will be written outlining why they are suitable, their current and required salary as well as their notice period.
Only candidates that have been met in person will be submitted for consideration to the client. If a candidate is overseas a Skype interview will be conducted.
