Claire brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, successfully delivering talent solutions across a wide range of sectors and specialisms.

A graduate of Human Resource Management from University College Cork (UCC) and CIPD qualified, Claire combines strong academic foundations with extensive industry expertise.

She has a proven track record of building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Her excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable her to influence decision-making effectively while developing trusted partnerships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Claire’s core strengths include business development, account management, and candidate attraction. She is quality-focused and passionate about identifying and securing exceptional talent, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys playing golf and cycling.
