We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Executive to spearhead promotional events for medical devices across Ireland. This role is pivotal in driving consumer engagement, increasing footfall into clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store and external events to promote medical devices.
  • Work closely with retail store teams to optimize event success and maximize customer engagement.
  • Implement strategies to drive foot traffic into retail stores, including promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with store managers, event partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Handle all logistics for events, including setup, branding, inventory management, and promotional materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management or promotional marketing, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and travel nationwide as required.
  • Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
