Join our client’s team as an In-House Recruiter, specializing in the recruitment of Healthcare Assistants and Social Workers.
About the Role
As our in-house recruitment specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality healthcare professionals who make a real difference every day. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across our client’s services, while leveraging social media and digital channels to enhance candidate attraction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Healthcare Assistants and Social Workers
- Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
- Build strong talent pipelines within the healthcare sector
- Utilise social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to attract, engage, and nurture candidates
- Create and manage engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns across social and digital channels
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare recruitment standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment is a must
- Demonstrated experience using social media and digital sourcing strategies to attract talent
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
