Our client, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the business. This position will suit a highly organised HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior management in the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, leave management, absence management and other people-related matters.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process, ensuring all new employees receive a positive and seamless introduction to the organisation.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation in line with GDPR and company requirements.
- Administer HR systems, ensuring workforce data is maintained accurately and reports are generated as required.
- Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and company-wide events that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with the administration of performance review processes, ensuring timely completion and effective record management.
- Support training and development activities, maintaining records and coordinating learning programmes where required.
- Assist with HR compliance, audits and reporting requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, ideally BambooHR or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.

Work arrangement
- 5 days onsite from a South County Dublin location
- 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-4 on Friday.
- Some flex around start and finish times once core hours are adhered too.
