Role Overview
Our client is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Executive to help deliver on the design and delivery of engaging branded marketing materials across print and digital channels. This role blends strong visual design skills with digital marketing insight, user-focused thinking, and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative
- Design high-quality branded marketing materials for both print and digital, including:
- Social media assets
- Interactive graphics
- Videos and motion graphics
- Presentations
- Brochures and flyers
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across channels.
Web Design & Development
- Design and build responsive websites using WordPress, ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into effective web experiences.
User-Centred Design
- Identify user needs through research, data, and stakeholder input.
- Incorporate user feedback and insights into design iterations to improve usability and engagement.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Contribute to the development and integration of digital marketing strategies across channels (web, social, email, paid media).
- Design creative assets that support campaign objectives and conversion goals.
Performance & Optimisation
- Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour data.
- Apply insights and learnings to optimise future designs, campaigns, and digital experiences.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating print and digital work
- Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Proficiency in WordPress and responsive web design
- Understanding of user-centred design principles
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance
Desirable
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social insights)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
