Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with CSSD experience to join their growing team in Ireland. You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support for a variety of advanced medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, and validation of Medical equipment
- Offer clinical support to ensure proper operation and usage of medical equipment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide ongoing training to hospital staff on the use of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with customer support administration for the processing of service reports, invoicing, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and service interventions in compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure all service activities are carried out in line with relevant industry regulations.
Role Requirements:
CSSD Experience is a must, with a deep understanding of hospital and clinical sterilization practices and workflows.
- A background in engineering (mechanical/electrical) or service/maintenance technology.
- Field-based experience with medical devices or electronic equipment.
- Applicants should hold a national trade qualification or further education in Engineering or Service/Maintenance Technology.
- Qualified validation engineer

- A full clean driver’s license is required.
