Job description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Provide insightful and constructive feedback to hiring managers to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand by showcasing a positive and inclusive culture through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other relevant networks.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
  • Implement and enforce fair and consistent and inclusive recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 plus years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in strong compliance lead company such as healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administration skills required
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
