- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide insightful and constructive feedback to hiring managers to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by showcasing a positive and inclusive culture through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other relevant networks.
- Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
- Implement and enforce fair and consistent and inclusive recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 plus years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in strong compliance lead company such as healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administration skills required
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
