As a result of exponential growth our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role is a standalone HR role with the potential for the right candidate to bring their experience to a brand new company and build out some exciting HR strategies in order to help support the business growth strategy!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring strong employee engagement activities and strong communication skills in order to ensure consistency in the company message across the organization
- Partnerting with the HR Administrator on devising and developing creative recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding and experience with employee relations, its not a heavy component of the role but a good understanding needed.
- Develop robust performance management plans in order to help drive company performance against company objectives
- Developing new and innovative compensation and benefits plans to incentivize professionals
- Ensuring compliance from a HR perspective
- Devising relevant and comprehensive training and development programs
- Developing HR Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Resources
- 10 years + of experience in human resources management
- A proven track record in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management is an absolute must.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at levels of the business.
