Our client is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated SaaS Sales Representative to focus on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have experience in SaaS or technology solutions, and be skilled at prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients in target markets, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot and industry networks to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Cold Outreach & Relationship Building: Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, social selling, and networking events to create new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our SaaS solution.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand prospects’ pain points, requirements, and business objectives, aligning our SaaS offerings to their needs.
  • Deal Closing: Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, negotiating contracts, and securing new business.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system. Provide regular forecasts and updates on pipeline status to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SaaS or B2B sales, with a focus on new business development and lead generation.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage prospects through cold outreach and build relationships quickly.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new techniques and sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
