Our client is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join their growing People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to play a pivotal role in delivering people initiatives, driving talent strategies, and supporting a high-performance culture across a dynamic international organisation.

Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing the people strategy and managing the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across multiple jurisdictions.

This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic projects with hands-on operational delivery and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Support workforce planning activities, including headcount tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to attract and secure top talent.
  • Manage and continuously enhance onboarding processes to ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives aligned to business growth objectives.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management and people-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.

Performance & Development

  • Coordinate and facilitate performance review cycles across the organisation.
  • Support managers in driving a high-performance and feedback-focused culture.
  • Assist in the delivery of leadership development, learning initiatives and coaching programmes.
  • Partner with managers to identify employee development opportunities and succession planning requirements.

Reward, Engagement & Retention

  • Support the administration of compensation and reward programmes.
  • Assist with salary review and benchmarking activities.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and support the implementation of action plans.
  • Manage and promote employee recognition initiatives aimed at enhancing retention and employee engagement.

People Systems & Reporting

  • Act as a super-user for the HRIS, providing system support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Produce HR metrics, reports and insights to support informed business decision-making.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and compliance across all systems and processes.
  • Liaise with Shared Services teams to ensure seamless payroll, benefits and people operations administration.

Culture & Governance

  • Champion and embed company values throughout all people initiatives and interactions.
  • Support a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Ireland, the UK and the US where applicable.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, People Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing employee relations matters and advising managers on people issues.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and leveraging people data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, coach and challenge constructively.
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
